A Note About Pricing
Since each project is unique, the pricing for each project varies accordingly. MKiD will work with you to come up with a detailed proposal that is fair and cost effective.
Our phase based approach to projects, as well as our online project tracking application, ensures that you are always aware exactly of the costs to date.

Phase 1 Continued..
As part of the definition phase MKiD will work with you to make sure that we have a complete understanding of how a design solution will meet your business goals. At this stage we also gather information that will enable you to validate the results of the project, by defining the metrics we will use to determine the success of the solution. We will then create a proposal for the project for you to view.
If we see an opportunity for you to benefit from specific design activities (even if we are not the ones to do it) we will point it out, but no work begins until both you and MKiD are completely happy with the goals and the scope of the project. Once that happens it's on to Phase 2...

There are a variety of ways MKiD uses to develop project ideas, ranging from sketches and renderings to animated presentations. Regular meetings are scheduled to share with the client the approaches being considered, and the work in progress can be viewed at any time by logging into the secure Customer Area on the MKiD website.
Together with the client a number of options are presented and a final direction is agreed upon. Once that happens it's on to Phase 3...

At any time clients can track the status of the work in progress by logging into the project tracking tool in the Customer Area of the website. This interface shows a detailed view of the work to be completed for each deliverable and it's current status.
Once the deliverables are complete it's on to Phase 4...

Once the project is complete it's far from finished. The final deliverables are handed over to the client, and we begin a short period of evaluation of the project.
First we want to ensure that the solution met or exceeded the metrics for success that were defined in Phase 1 of the process.
Secondly we want to find out from the client how the process of working with MKiD can be improved - we are always looking for ways to make working with MKiD the best experience possible!
